Proofread like it is final exam week
Review spelling, graduation years, and sponsor text character by character. Automated proofs still need human eyes for "2026" vs "2029" typos.
After you approve the proof
After approval, production queues cutting and decoration in a planned order. Changes after approval can restart timelines, so treat the proof signature as final unless something is objectively wrong.
