Create one master design for the class. Choose the jacket construction and materials, then place the graduation year, school identity, and shared artwork. Keep the most important element prominent and avoid filling every available panel. Only submit school or third-party marks that the group is authorized to reproduce.

Use a structured roster for student variations. Each row should include the student’s exact display name, size, number, activities, role, and selected optional details. Set a firm correction deadline and ask every student to verify spelling and sizing. The free mockup confirms the common visual design, while the final roster controls personalization. One designated coordinator should submit approved revisions to avoid conflicting instructions from multiple people.

Price changes with jacket material, quantity, decoration count, artwork method, and personalization. A complete roster produces a more reliable quote than an estimate based only on class size.
